    Where are my photos?

    tgurley24

New CC user.  New PC.  I was able to sync CC to my old catalog but it can't find where my photos are located. I see them but not able to edit. Where should I put the photos so CC can see them or how can I point LR to the right spot?

The photos must go in the EXACT same folders as they were in on the old PC.

If this isn't possible, or you just don't remember where they were on the old PC, you can move the entire folder tree hierarchy, completely unchanged, to somewhere on the new PC, and then in Lightroom reconnect via these instructions: Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders (see Figure 4)

I had to upgrade my PC because C drive wasn't big enough to hold all photos.  Added a 3TB internal drive and system labeled it as X drive.  Photos in same folder structure as before, just in a new drive.
