I am having an odd problem - I have a magazine template that I've been using for years. This is usually edited first by someone else in an older version of inDesign, and then sent back to me and I work on it in the latest CC version. However, in our latest version, indesign has added an unwanted indent to random text blocks - all my page numbers, titles, everything. Which is going to take a long time to fix. Is there some reason this is happening? It doesn't seem to be part of a style. Are there issues with going back to an older version of CC temporarily?
Opening older version files in CC can be problematic at times, though that doesn't necessarily mean that's the problem here. If the other person is using CS6 you can also install that version with your subscription so you both can work in the same version. Otherwise, I recommend you get .idml back from the other person and convert that instead of the .indd.
