    Your Product does not work for me


      I have had this account since March/April of 2014 and I have never been able to access/use your product. I have had your support team call me and work on the issue for a few months and once they log out of my computer I am not able to access or use your product. I have continued to pay my month charge/bill of $9.99. If you check your records of use/access you can see that I have never used your product. What do I need to do to be able to use your product that I have faithfully paid for.
