Hello,

i need to deactivate RH 7 (inside the Technical Communication Suite) from my old PC but there is a connection problem during the deactivation process:07-01-2015 13-02-20.png

I check my Internet connection and it's ok, I try to deactivate temporarily the firewall and the antivirus, but it isn't the right solution.

I try to deactivate the product from another program of the suite, with no results.

REQUEST

How can I deactivate it?

Thank you to all

I think you will need to contact Adobe Technical Support on this one.

If you only ever installed Rh7 on one PC, it will install OK on a second one as two activations are allowed. Otherwise you would have to contact Adobe after installing on the new PC and ask them to deal with the activation. They should still be able to do that for this old version.

If you are generating webhelp, Rh7 outputs are likely to hit browser issues so an upgrade may be required. Rh is now up to version 11 so 7 is way out of date.
