Thanks, Derek, for the link. Clearly, it fills a need for professional publishers who need to work in an earlier version of InDesign than InDesign CC 2014, or who need Kindle-compatible Fixed Layout EPUB.
It's a good white paper, but here are a few things to consider: (1) Pariah was an Circularflo consultant, and the white paper was commissioned by Circularflo. I don't really have a problem with that, but I always like to keep that in mind. (2) Circularflo has several pricing schemes but charges on a per-book basis. Here's a link to the Circularflo pricing page (US pricing):
Good points Steve.
No connection with CircularFLO too I follow since 3 years!
Before writing ********, does CircularFLO v. 5.1.4 (last version) work with InDesign CC 2014.1 (october 2014)?
Thanks in advance!
Aha! "********" is not my word but Adobe forum system!!!
My answer was ready before any response. Thank you anyway!
In french, "Toujours Bof !"
I've tried [3 times] to create a "Fixed Layout eBook" from my InDesign file via CircularFLO!
The first time I "forced to leave" after five min., The second time after one hour, the third after four hours!
A simple basic export from InDesign, 24 seconds!
… to get this: Dropbox - FanfanLaTulipe_Print-Num_02.epub
Where is the mistake?
