Windows 8, cs3 trying to deactivate from dead computer to new after installing product on new computer, won't recognize ser

Hoping that the program would prompt me to deactivate program, I installed cs3 on windows 8. Install successful, but won't recognize my serial number.

Please help?

Toe only way to deactivate a dead computer's activation is with Adobe Help. This is a users forum not Adobe
