    Corrupt F4V file

I have installed the eval version of Adobe Premiere Pro on Win7x64.

I have recorded a video file with Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 (free) H.264 with non-standard 3500 kbps for the video.

Adobe Premier Pro cannot play the video file.

After converting this video file to another format have the image plays a lot faster than the sound.

I wanted to try fmstools from https://www.adobe.com/products/adobe-media-server-family/tool-downloads.html

but the link to download fms tools is not working.

Would it be possible to make this video file work correctl ? How ?

I have seen the link Troubleshoot video files | Premiere Pro CS4, CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC and will try some options.

      Thank you for your help
