You are running on the bare minimum amount of RAM for AE. If you upgrade that, it may fix more than one of your problems.
What version of AE did you update to? What version of AE did you update from? (Exact version numbers down to the last decimal, please.)
32GB is bare minimum? its nothing to do with the RAM, it's an introduced bug with the latest update. Another machone is running the last version with no issues. The same error also happens in Photoshop and you can't open file as a program error occurs.
Terribly sorry, I saw the 4GB on the GPU and thought that was the RAM. In my defense, I've been in Portland, OR for the past week and am just now trying to get back into the swing of things.
You're saying the same machine has issues in Photoshop? Interesting.
And your other machine that's not having any issues...is it identical to this one in version of AE, OS, etc.?
No worries dude, it's not just one machine it's 4 machines. 2 new Imacs, and 2 identical 2010 mac pros. One of the IMacs is even offsite!
I have recorded the screen and sent the error to Adobe, wish we could go back to the last install! The only reason we upgraded was due to a RAM leak issue we were having.
