Inappropriate ranges on scatter/bubble when only one point

I noticed that if I have a scatterchart or bubblechart with a single point at something like (0.00123, 0.0003), the point will show up very close to the origin and the range of the axis will go from 0 to 100.0.
I think it would be much better, for a case like this, if the axis extent was close to or equal to the point coordinates.
The only exceptional case would be if the pointer were (0,0), then I would recomment showing 0-1 for the range of the x and y axes.
