We have an internal server connection/API breakage currently with LiveLogger. We are working to address the problem and hope to announce plans for an update that will resolve it.

You're most welcome. And yes - we will certainly announce the update as soon as it is available. Once it is published you should also see the UPDATE notification on your iPad for the app, too.

It'd be nice if there were a time out error after a 15-20 second interval of no connection so it wouldn't continue to try hitting the server.

But that may be the ipad...however I did follow all prompts to connect email and it still says no email connected so am i stuck??

Its 2017 and Creative Cloud still doesnt work with this?! Also it looks like this app hasn't been updated in 2 years. Is it dead?
