Unfortunately it doesn't work. And I spent a lot of time on Internet, tried a lot of solutions, but nothing worked.
Therefor I wanted to cancel my abonement to Creative Cloud (teacher, 1 year).
But it doesn't work either!!
If I cancel the product from my account page, it sends me to the user help section. And then from there they send me back to my account. And again and again.
What should I do now? I'm getting a bit nervous because I paid already 2 months for nothing.
Please let me know how to solve this situation.
