I want to cancel my Creative Cloud complete membership and sign up for the Photography Plan. The steps outlined in the support documentation are wrong. Instead of providing a form where I can cancel my membership, my only option is chat, phone or forum. Chat and phone are unavailable. If customer support reviews these forums, please help me. Thanks.
