Thank you for all your responses to my question 10 days ago! :-/
Does anyone else have any ideas what's going on with accessing creative cloud files from Photoshop Touch for iOS?
This is mainly a peer-to-peer forum. Adobe staff peek their heads in here from time to time.
There's a number of things going on with files on CC and PS Touch. I can't, for example, browse to my folders on CC. It gives me a "lost connection to server" error, though I don't lose connection and can browse the root of my CC account just fine. Others are reporting similar issues, both on iOS and Android from what I could glean. (I'm using Android myself.)
Here is a link to a conversation I started conceening this very issue.
I Had concerns about this problem back in November.
It is apparently a bug. Since Adobe has no customer support for the Photoshop Touch app, those of us who primarily make use of the creative cloud and the app are paying for a service that at the moment doesn't completely work.
It is very frustrating that customers paying for a creative clould account and using the photoshop touch app have only this forum as a source of customer support. As a result, you can't depend on receiving information from someone who is actually an Adobe employee.
I hope that Adobe is working to fix this problem. However, we don't really know if or when that may happen because of the lack of information that is supplied.
Apparently fixed: I can now browse, upload and download to my folders in Creative Cloud from PS Touch. Give it a shot.
I just checked. I haven't put any files into folders. I can still only see 100 files. I have more than that number in the creative cloud.
No change here, when I try to open a file from the creative cloud only folders up to the letter L are displayed. I'm guessing this represents the 100 file cut-off.
On a related subject I note that there was an update to the "Adobe Photoshop Express" app today. In this app I can log into my Creative cloud and access ALL of my assets. So what's up there?
Didn't PS Express use Revel, not CC? Do you have a similar/same collection there as in CC?
The latest version of PS Express for iOS can access Revel or Creative Cloud.
