Whenever I try to launch creative cloud on my Mac running OS X Yosemite it looks like it launches in the top bar but then it disappears after a couple seconds. I contacted Adobe support and they seemed to indicate that this was some sort of permissions issue. They had me create a new admin account and try and launch Creative Cloud through that account. It worked once, but I recently tried logging into that account again and launching Creative Cloud and this time it didn't launch. Any idea what may be happening and how I can fix this? It's starting to get frustrating that I am not able to use any of the extra Creative Cloud features and update my applications.
Hello, I have the same problem. Adobe cannot help me yet. Tried same steps, nothing happen.
