    I cannot obtain access to my Serial Number even though I have an electronic receipt for Acrobat Pro XI.  Help!




      I purchased Acrobat Pro XI online and received a receipt by e-mail.  When I went to download it, I was unable to complete the process because I was not provided with a serial number.  I followed the instructions to obtain one on the website, however I still could not obtain one!  A message immediately pops up indicating I am not recognized.  My husband switched from Verizon Fios Cat-5 to a Coax cable for our internet connection between my purchase and my attempt to obtain the serial number.  Could this have made the difference?  Either way, what do I do?  It is extremely frustrating!  I need to use the software and I have not been able to for the last two days even though I am paying for it!  Please help!
