So I have this problem with Premiere Pro. When I import a video to Premiere, it is as if it was slowly getting dragged out of sync with the audio. For example, in a 3 minute video, at: 0:00 audio and video are perfectly in sync, and at 3 minutes the video is about 1-2 seconds late. It is also the case when I export the project as a video. The source video itself, is completely in sync. What can I do to prevent this? What might be causing this?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Does your video use a VARIABLE Frame Rate or a Constant Frame Rate?
Here are the 2 video files I'm working with. I have made exactly this type of videos before with no issues. (magic.mp4 is a game recording, recorded with bandicam and transcoded in handbrake to this format, and the other file is phone recorded "guitar cam")
I'm making videos like this: [CDLC] Rocksmith 2014 - Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive (Bass) 98% - YouTube
