Problems authorizing computer on windows vista

I use a windows vista pc and when I try to authorize the computer it gives the message:CONNECTION ERROR DIGITAL EDITIONS CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. But I am connected to the internet. I am sending this message a few minutes after getting the error

I'm having exactly the same problem. I am connected with cable, and the internet is working perfectly, but I keep receiving this error message.

I really want to know how you fixed that. Please help!!!
