This is the second time of asking. I cannot install the update because the box is insisting on a password. I have tried all the passwords I have ever had and nothing works. However, on clicking on my name and wrong ID came up. I then went to Manage my Account and saw that the right ID was there together with my password. I still cannot install the update which also means other programs are affected.
I am disgusted by the length of time Adobe take to answer questions and rely on others to solve their problems for them.
