Adobe Premiere Pro not downloading after buying it. When i open it, it still asks if I want to continue my trial.
I am having the same issue. I downloaded Premiere Pro CC as a trial and then purchased it. It still asks me to continue my trial. Please let me know if it will continue to run after the trial period is over.
The trail ended and it said I had to buy it (even though I already did).
But I just called Adobe (800) 833-6687 and they were able to help. I had to leave my name and number and they called me back in half an hour. It is something that they personally have to do to your computer. For me, I had to share my screen with them and they started figuring out what the problem. Before I knew it, it was up and running! I'd say give them a call and they will help you out.
