    Install flash via msi issue

I know this has been posted a hundred times before but I am going to post it again.

Installing flash player msi via batch command (manually double clicking it produces the same issue).  Installing newest activex  I have currently installed.  Running the msi it requests install_flash_player_13_active_x.msi.  Version 13 of the installer!?!?  Is that a joke?

I know the workaround is to run a script to uninstall the previous version before installing the newest, but that doesn't always work.

Praise be the day when flash player is no longer needed!

          Hi there,

What batch command are you using?  Are you using one of the catalog files?  If so, please provide the contents of the file (copy/paste, or share it using the instructions posted here, The specified item was not found.).

Please provide the (verbose) MSI installation log file created during the installation process resulting in the behaviour you are observing (e.g. msiexec /i <path_to_msi> /L*V <path_to_log>).

          Thank you.
