I have a team member who receives an error message when
trying to import Word docs. He obviously has Word but when he
imports a message appears stating that Word version cannot be
found. Are there settings in RoboHelp where it may be blocking the
importing of .doc documents?
Yes, we were upgraded a few years ago and he just recently
got RoboHelp. He has two computers with two RH licenses and both
give the same error message.
