Looking at the screenshot, it states that Adobe Dynamic Link Manager is still working in the background. There are two ways around this :
1) Either Restart your machine and try again.
2) Navigate to Task Manager and look for a running service under the name of Adobe Dynamic Link Manager and close the service and try again.
First thing I did when I saw this was to hit the task manager, but the file referred to in the error message was not to be found. I've also tried reebooting but this message returns each time I try to update Audiiton. Seems to be caught in some bad loop.
What is link manager anyway? Very annoying indeed.
