Hi Community, my first post.
I am using Indesign to create an interactive form.
There are lots of fields maybe 200 or more. A combination of radio buttons and text fields.
Most of the fields act as they should however near the end of the form text fields are starting to act wierd when published - they are acting like check boxes - I have tried redoing them but to no avail.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution?
Thanks for your input in advance.
If the radio buttons are very near the text fields, the active area (which is rectangular) may be overlapping the text field. Try moving them further apart.
In forms I've created, I've never seen what you describe happen so I'm just guessing.
I have worked out what the problem was.
Due to the size and complexity of the form I had to use complicated names for the fields. Basically I dont think you can use to many decimals or hyphens in the names.
Thanks for youe feedback.
I am having this issue as well. When exported as a PDF, it will only allow one check-box to be checked at a time. How radio buttons should work. Any ideas what to do?
