Yes, you can change from full CC to CC Photography plan without penalty. You'd need to contact support to cancel your existing plan & then you can sign up for the new plan.
From the FAQ - Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud / Common Questions
Can I use the software I download from Creative Cloud on more than one machine?
Hope this helps.
This sure helps Bev, thanks for the super fast answer. :-)
Can I consider you as being Adobe support and ask you to cancel my current full CC subscription so I can enroll in the CC Photography plan?
Of course Daniel! I've cancelled your existing plan & you'll continue to have access to this until 19th Jan. You can then sign up for the new plan.
First off, this is world class support! An example for many other companies for sure.
So on the 19th of January I need to enroll in the CC Photography plan. (It can't be done sooner because of double billing I presume?)
Kind regards, thank you for the superfast support and have a great day,
Thanks for the positive feedback Daniel!
You can sign up for the Photography plan before the 19th, but billing for the new plan will start on the day you sign up so might be best to wait a few days.
Please get back to us if you have further questions.
You really deserve that feedback.
(I noticed in the other forum threads that you've been answering questions similar to mine consistently correct, precise and quickly for what is it at least the past year or so, I think that deserves much respect; I wasn't expecting to be helped this flexibly and quickly so for me this is really exceeding my expectations big time in a huge positive way, it makes me a very happy returning customer and ambassador of the Adobe brand)
I'm going to wait until the 19th with signing up for the Photography CC plan, thanks for the tip. :-)
