My first question was not clear. I want to set up the file not the scratch
files. I think that the problem was in installing Premiere Pro. I can send
all the SCRATCH files to the same location as the project file, but not the
ENCODING (rendering etc.) I first set up Premeire on the C drive. Then I
reinstalled it on the E drive. It is unclear why all the rendered files
wind up on the C drive when the SCRATCH files are directed to :same as
file" location. Do I need to reinstall Premiere Pro?
