Sorry for your frustration. The password being requested is not your adobe.com password, it's your computer's password. If you're an administrator on the machine, this is the password you use to log into your machine. If you're not an administrator, you'll need to provide an administrator ID/password to install. If you don't have a password on your machine, ignore the password field and click 'OK' to continue.
it does the same thing to me refusing to accept new password? What did you do?
I was using my adobe password when I needed to us my computer password.
