I've updated to Internet Explorer 11 and still no sign in page availability. No help functionality. No way to Chat or call - and I have four large forms out for replies right now. Please: I need some help!

Subject: AGAIN - Cannot connect to Adobe or FormsCentral sign in page!
I cannot connect to Adobe or Adobe FormsCentral Plus to log in using IE9, or Firefox browsers. It seems to try, and then goes to Webpage Not Available or Unable to connect to server messages, depending on the browser I'm using. I'm on Windows 7, IE9, 64-bit architecture. Please help!
