      Hi Community and Adobe,

Please could you assit with the above query I have followd every step suggested on your original help thread ( Updated my drivers, disabled on board graphic cards, run as administrator, start in safe mode Etc...) (Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup) all steps followed.

I am on a Lenovo Z500 windows 8 laptop with 8 Gig Ram

Graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT 740M (Latest drivers installed)

Premiere Pro and After effects start up with the opening splash if I click on the splash the program crashes if I am patient and wait 10 minutes without clicking on the splash the program loads only to give the error message "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" Premiere Pro CS 6 works perfect with no issues.

Is there no patch/program Adobe can make to sort this issue ?  I use Adobe for a living and not being able to upgrade is not ideal as well as frustarting consdering CS6 works perfect !

      Regards

      Zoon
