    Where is my refund - tried livechat 3 times now


      Hello there!


      After trying the livechat for like 3 times now, I figured I had to try in here.

      On the 22nd of December 2014, I was chatting with an employee regarding my membership, and a refund of the latest month. She wasn't allowed to give me a full refund, but what she could do was "to take the question to another level". By the 3rd of January 2015 I received an email saying, that I had successfully been granted a full refund. In the email, this appeared: "You will be notified via email and the refund will be released to the mode of payment within 5 to 7 days.". Here, 10 days later, I still haven't received any email.
