Trying to reinstall Acrobat X on a Windows 8 laptop. (Thanks to Lenovo bloatware.) Adobe requires a password reset to complete installation. (Why? No one else requires this.) I have been waiting hours for an email from Adobe. Yes, I have checked my junk mail folder.
It's especially helpful that the Adobe support chat app does not work on either Chrome or IE and that no one will talk to me on the phone about a 3-year old $900 product. And, while I have your attention, it's a special bonus that the entire CS6 suite is completely unusable on a high-resolution screen. What a great deal.
Let's not leave out the fact that I have to select a community to post this message to, and Account Help is not an option.
