Flash Player Not Getting Updated

I am trying to install the update of Flash Player. However, it is not getting updated. I run the .exe file but downloading does not start. I have taken the screen shot for the same. I use FireFox and IE. Flash Player is installed on both. Still i am getting this error. Can anybody help?

Hello,

Please post the screenshot you refer to.  What is the operating system, and version?  Is this the online (shim) installer (about 1.2 MB in size), or the full, offline installer)?
