As anybody ever got this error message : "We are unable to identify you as a patron. Please contact your library for more information. http://www.banq.qc.ca/accueil/"
I try to read an ebook through my library login for which I must access to OneClickDigital. I created my Adobe Id byt it gives me this error message when I try to open the book : "We are unable to identify you as a patron. Please contact your library for more information. http://www.banq.qc.ca/accueil/"
