I am a student and bought the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year) plan for a class that ended in the fall. I am now trying to cancel that plan since I no longer need it. But I have spent hours fallowing their directions and have made no progress! I am angry with this company to say the least. I would sue if I could for the trouble they have caused me! I have even called them but have been waiting for 15 minutes already.
