I've got the same problem and got no help so far from the support - similar to 'Mylenium' they suggested some trivial standard-steps,
of course the apps had been activated, the abo-informations showed the right product(s), a support-member even
tried to solve the problem via remote-access to my PC, we deinstalled CC and the application manager and installed it again,
I again signed in with my Adobe-ID - and the Application Manager still shows all applications as trials, counting down the test period day by day.
Meanwhile the trial-period expired for several Apps and when trying to start one of them there only opens a window showing the attempt of CC-Application-Manager to check the licence, saying: checking the licence - with no result - and no option to choose / select ...
I'm rather upset now, bought and payed continuously for this all the time - but the only thing I can rely on is,
that this abo causes troubles and prevents me from keeping my focus on the work, that has to be done.
I was far better off with the buy-versions back then ...
the regular support only is availlable till 5pm - and this forum seems to be of no use either ...
