A few details would really help. Do you have Lightroom 5 that you have been using on another computer? Do you have a serial number? Are you wanting to install again on this new computer? Tell us what you really want to do, and maybe we can provide some direction.
Thanks for replying. Yes, I have Lightroom 5 installed on my current (old) iMac computer. I have just purchased a new iMac and wish to download Lightroom 5 to it.
The serial number of my copy of Lightroom is: 116040019422909841438915.
I also had the program installed on a Mac Book Pro which had an unfortunate encounter with a spilled glass of Coke. Somehow, I got in touch with an Adobe technician in India who sent the program via the internet to be installed in a replacement laptop computer. Hopefully, the same can happen for the new iMac.
Looking forward to your reply,
It is not a good idea to post your serial number. This is a public user-to-user forum. I don't have any access to any of Adobe's records. If I could, I would eliminate the serial number from your message but I don't have any way of doing that. However, I will provide you with the link to the download of Lightroom 5.7.1 trial version. Install it on the new computer. When the trial screen appears, choose the option to indicate that you have a serial number. You will be guided to a screen where you can enter the number, and that will transform the trial version into the full version of Lightroom. Good luck.
