Was the one which you were upgrading from a Educational version? If so, that might be related. I'd recommend reaching out to our support for assistance. I think there is a link for chat or phone on the bottom of the plans page: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

If I link to a website in a status update, and that website happens to have a Google Maps iframe embedded on the homepage, once clicked, that website will display for around one second before immediately launching Google Maps. Then, when you close out and reopen the Facebook app, it goes straight to Google Maps and you cannot escape without quickly hitting the back button, which doesn't always work.
Can I fix this?
