    my develop mode is disabled

      i have a photo cc plan Lightroom and photoshop which says the trial  has expired and my lightroom develop mode does not work no can i start photoshop

          Are you logged into the creative cloud application manager? Have you actually signed up for a creative cloud plan? Is your payment history current? If everything is current then I would suggest to log out of the creative cloud manager and then log back in and see if that solves the problem.
