I don't understand... are you having problems with the download link, or is your computer crashing?
The download link. When I try to start the application manager, it opens then crashes instantly. The computer remains switched on and everything else still lworks.

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser

I cleared the cache, tried other browsers – nothing helped. Attached is the error message that comes up.
