I've been attempting to cancel my annual subscription before it goes into the automatic 2nd year, yet there is absolutely no links anywhere on how to do this. Sure, there are many pages explaining, yet they all are linked to one another and I've been back and forth on some pages over 10x already. This is absolutely not ok and it feels quite like a scam. I am not even able to locate the supposed 24/chat customer service. Is it only possible to deal with this by phone?

Thank you, yes I know about these links. Yet, as I had said, the first link always brings me back to the same pages without any online possibilities to cancel my subscription. It keeps saying there is, yet there isn't. And, after reading other disgruntled customers wishes to cancel as well, it seems there is only the option of cancelling by phone, which is not an option for everyone. Shouldn't there be an online chat available? Where???
