    I cancelled my subscription and now wish to reactivate it but I cannot


      I have updated my payment details but the billing date was yesterday so the subscription still shows as expired.


      When I open InDesign the dialog box says "We are having trouble verifying your membership" and I can use InDesign for only 4 more days.
