I am relatively new to AMS though coming up.

After setting up my FMLE and successfully publishing to FMS 5.0, with the following log on livepkgr application:

onPublish : livestream

Stream name is: livestream and live event is: liveevent

f4f:livestream - NetStream.Data.Start

f4f:livestream - NetStream.Publish.Start

f4f:livestream - NetStream.Play.Reset

f4f:livestream - NetStream.Record.Start

I am still unable to view from HTML 5 enabled browsers.

Below is my HLS URL:: please help;

http://localhost/hls-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.m3u8

I also checked the server log and got the following:

Mon 10:45:58 PM: Connect : rtmp://localhost/livepkgr

Hello,

are you using the Free Edition of AMS? I had the same problem because it took me more than 10 minutes between starting the server and starting the stream on my client. The free edition disables the HLS APache Module after 10 Minutes and you will see a misleading error in your error.log (File not found).

Stopping the Server, deleting the ../application/livepkgr/streams folder and the streams files under the events folder and then starting the server again helped me.

Maybe that helps you too...

Best regards,

Johannes
