It opens!!! Haven't attempted anything else but Thank You so much. Have not been able to use this app for a month or a little more, and this is my business. And no one has been able to give me this simple answer and I looked for an update to fix myself. Obviously not in the correct location or the right way. Thank goodness I take two weeks off after Christmas. Lots to do now, thanks again.
It is a common problem here so the answer is easy, but not so much to those who are great photographers or designers and do not have the time to chase down software problems. Glad we could do this for you.
