Having spent several hours trying to update our CC payment method and get a payment processed, I eventually gave up, set up a brand new CC account, and bought brand new licenses - and was charged for them. Several hours later and I have a team of very expensive editors still sitting around unable to work because the licenses (which were charged for over two hours ago) have still not been activated.
Adobe's Phone support is only available from 9am (wish I could work those hours), and the Chat Support (supposedly 24/7) is "Currently Unavailable".
Can I send you the bill for wasting my editor's time - cos someone has to pay them!
Sorry to hear your sad news, but we can't help re bills, we are users like you. If you spell out your issue though, maybe someone will have some suggestions.

Apparently it can take up to 48 hours to process. Which seems pretty outrageous, especially as there is no notification.
