We are migrating to Windows 2008 R2 Servers. What print drivers does vendor recommend as compatible drivers to use so that PDF File conversion occurs successfully?

Let me elaborate we currently send print requests that get converted to a PDF file.  Basically how it works is that we use  RPM - Remote Print manager and Adobe/Acrobat to convert the files  to PDF. We are currently on windows 2003. When we build the virtual printers, we use a print driver of HP LaserJet 2100 Series PS or Lexmark Optra PS. That has worked great for us.

With Windows 2008 R2, we won't be able to use HP LaserJet 2100 Series PS. We tried using the Universal Print Driver PCL 5 (version 5.9.0) but that does't work. We tried using the Lexmark Universal PS - that doesn't work either. The file gets created but it doesn't get converted to PDF. I only end up with a log file. Suggestions?  RPM Select Version we're on is 5.1.1.99 and Acrobat version 10.0.
