I only need Photoshop a few times a year. What to do?

I'm a noncommercial visual artist, working in non-digital multimedia, and I don't need to use Photoshop very often, maybe four times a year. At my income level, I can't justify spending even $120 a year for such few uses.

I am wondering what options I might have. Can I share a Creative Cloud subscription or buy time on one owned by an individual or company? Could I sign up and pay for one month, then cancal, then sign up again when I need it again?

I would be interested in any other solution or suggestion from the community. Thanks in advance for any creative solutions:)
