I'm trying to launch the CC desktop tab from the menu bar at the top of my macbook pro. The 'CC' icon is currently greyed out and the message I receive when clicked is 'Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, and try again in a few minutes'. I don't have a firewall on my machine and up until yesterday this was working fine. I was using the CC yesterday at work on a different network but am now unable to access it from home.
I've tried the things that seem obvious to me like uninstalling and reinstalling the CC desktop software and I've turned my mac off and on again a few times but to no avail. I've also tried to follow other forum posts asking for similar solutions but genuinely don't understand what they're all talking about. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
