Does anyone know if it's possible to make a text box fit EXACTLY the text inside?
Right now, there's some space above the text that throws off my alignment... and, since I'm really "particular" about alignment, this is annoying... See attached image for an example...
Obviously, I can do this exactly if I convert the text to outlines, but, I don't want to do that, so that I can maintain editability.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
You can control this in the Text Frame Options dialog > Baseline Options > First Baseline > Offset.
Set it to Cap Height.
So why are you using a second frame her to hold the text instead of putting it directly in the green rectangle? You can then set either the first baseline or tweak the top inset to get exactly what you want.
