And this document speaks to how billing will be handled during the transition: How will billing work for my current FormsCentral subscription?

All of the Adobe's suggested alternatives are good form builders. If you're looking to save a lot of time switching to another form provider, Formstack has a form importer that will rebuild your Adobe forms for you. Formstack has lots of other features and data integrations as well. It's a little higher priced but comes with lots of functionality.
Hope this helps,
I agree, It took 2 years to get us fully interactive on the forms, and using them and now I somehow have to reteach a new product to field staff and end users. In 6 months. This is massively frustrating and is causing me to lose years off my life.
In review of formstack- it functions similar to adobe forms central but there are drawbacks in the form filed and responses area. None of the subsitutes i have reviewed are as easy to use, or visually appealing as Forms Central allowed you to be. At least, some of the new ones are mobile friendly.
I recreated my forms in SeamlessDocs very easily. It's a pian but it's gotta be done since forms central is leaving.
