Can I install and authorize ADE on two computers with the same ID? The FAQ says: "You can activate up to six computers and devices. If you reach the limit, contact Customer Service to reset your activations.", When I try to authorize the 2nd computer, I'm told a different ID is required.

Never mind. I updated the 2.0 version of ADE to 4.0, then deauthorized and authorized again. All is fine now.
