    reactivating after a reinstallation


      I had to do a complete PC wipe and just finished reinstalling Lightroom. I logged into my Adobe account and used the serial number of my Lightroom and attempted to reactivate it. The registration was denied because "The serial number you entered is invalid". Is there a simple fix for this or is this another Adobe oversight?
